Once payment is confirmed, your item will be on its way to you! Delivery charges for items are clearly displayed on the Auction description page. Jingobid only uses reputable shipping services

Jingobid aims to deliver items within 1 week of payment. We will confirm dispatch of items from our warehouse by email.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your item 2 weeks after payment confirmation please contact our Customer Services team.

Currently we can only deliver to the country which you registered when setting up your account. If you move to a different country, then you will need to create a new account, and register in your new country of residence.
